Accounting Implementation Coach

2. Software Integration: Manage the implementation of accounting modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients.
3. Client Training: Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices for financial management.
4. Time Management: Ensure adherence to necessary deadlines throughout the implementation process.
5. Communication Mastery: Communicate status updates and address any issues promptly and effectively to clients, Lion Chaser Development Group, and Restaurant 365.
6. Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition to and utilize the software.
7. Process Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and enhance client experiences.

• Proven experience in implementing accounting software solutions, preferably Restaurant365.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to delivering exceptional service to clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fi eld is preferred.
• Prior restaurant experience is preferred.
