Our established, locally owned Allstate Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and claims support
- Review insurance coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients
- Write new business and cross-sell existing accounts
- Process policy transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer records and documentation
- Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experience and create a cohesive team environment
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Property & Casualty insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced office
- Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software and technology
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately retain and recall information while managing multiple client accounts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine desire to help people
