Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our finance department who is eager to work with an expert team and enhance the efficiency of our financial operations. In this role, you will play an active part in managing our financial processes and contributing to our financial productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
· Record and report financial transactions using the
Xero
.
· Manage and monitor payment processes with
Stripe
and similar payment platforms.
· Ensure data accuracy in financial transactions and handle daily financial operations.
· Perform bank reconciliations, manage payment processes, and oversee collections.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports and present them to senior management as needed.
· Handle fraud prevention, chargeback processes, and refund procedures.
· Follow relevant procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of financial data.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; experience in accounting and finance is preferred.
·
Experience in the web hosting, cloud, or IT industry is essential.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Advanced knowledge and experience in using
Xero
.
· Nice to have experiences with
Stripe
and
Stripe Radar
for compliance works,
· Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and data analysis.
· Detail-oriented and meticulous work approach.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills; team-oriented.
· Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities.
· 1-3 years experience in bookkeeping on Xero.
· General understanding of accounting principles
· Professional Excel User, tech-savvy.
· Willing to learn and hard worker.
· Disciplined and respectful with rules,strict with deadlines.
