In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities Manage and process all accounts payable transactions accurately and timely. Verify, code, and reconcile invoices and expense reports. Maintain vendor records and establish positive relationships with suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer. Assist in month-end closing by reconciling accounts payable ledger. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable documentation. Support audits by providing requested documentation and information. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
