Your Mission

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with an innovative company in the booming cybersecurity industry? SBS CyberSecurity, LLC (SBS) is seeking a dynamic and efficient Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. This is your chance to be part of a company that prioritizes its culture and values its people as its number one asset.

Every invoice paid on time and every account that reconciles cleanly helps SBS keep its promises to the community banks and credit unions that count on us to keep them secure. As we grow, the way we pay, track, and reconcile has to grow with us, and that's where you come in. You'll learn how the whole business works financially, work directly with our CFO and Finance leadership, and have a real say in how our processes scale. If you're early in your accounting career and want to see more than one corner of it, we'd love to meet you.

Why SBS?

At SBS, we lead with people — not products. We believe culture is a competitive advantage, and we protect it as fiercely as we protect our clients’ data.
Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Culture first. Passion, compassion, innovation, and empowerment aren’t just words on a wall — they guide how we show up every day.
  • Growth mindset. We invest in your learning through certification reimbursements and professional development opportunities.
  • Competitive total rewards. You’ll earn strong compensation and benefits with many premiums covered by the company.
  • Purpose with profit. Your work directly impacts how community banks, credit unions, and other regulated industries protect their future.

What you'll do:

You'll own the Purchase-to-Pay cycle and become one of the people who truly understands how money moves through SBS:

  • Process invoices and employee expense reimbursements accurately and on time
  • Manage prepaid expenses and your assigned GL reconciliations
  • Maintain our vendor contract database and vendor records
  • Be the go-to contact when a vendor has a question or an invoice doesn't add up
  • Bring ideas for how Purchase-to-Pay can scale as we grow

Qualifications

The foundation for this role:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting tools
  • A clear communicator who enjoys troubleshooting
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

What Would Excite Us (nobody checks every box):

  • A habit of getting it right the first time
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Strong analytical and organizational instincts
  • Managing your own deadlines across multiple priorities
  • Curiosity about tools that could make AP smarter
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central preferred

What Success Looks Like

  • Payables processed accurately and on schedule
  • Vendor records complete and current, including tax and payment details
  • Discrepancies and vendor questions resolved promptly, not left to sit
  • Month-end close tasks and reconciliations done by reporting deadlines
  • Late fees avoided and early-pay discounts captured
  • Confidential data protected with the care we ask of our own clients
  • Improvement ideas you've brought forward and seen through
