Managing vendor audits including processing credit memos Assist in administrative tasks Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs. Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors Analyzing workflow processes Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. Processing due invoices for payments Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts Qualifications Laptop i5, 10th gen minimum or IMD equivalent Internet connection of 20 mb Strong skills in handling Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) Analytical skills to evaluate financial data and ensure accuracy Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in English, Spanish, and MS Office SAP knowledge preferred Benefits: Salary: $1500 to $1800 depending on experience Fully remote work.
