Overview

EMEA P2P Accounts Payable Specialist

Katowice, Poland | Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable professional to join our EMEA P2P team in Katowice, supporting Finance operations across Europe.
Alongside English, we’re particularly interested in candidates who speak another European language, especially French, German or Italian. You’ll work with colleagues and suppliers across different European markets, so those language skills can be genuinely useful here, not just another box to tick.

The Role

You’ll manage day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, from invoice processing and PO matching through to supplier queries, reconciliations and month-end support.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Purchasing and other teams across EMEA, making sure invoices are processed accurately, issues are resolved and P2P processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Process third-party and intercompany invoices from receipt through to payment.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate quantity or value discrepancies.
  • Ensure invoices comply with relevant accounting, tax and VAT requirements.
  • Manage supplier queries and resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • Work with Purchasing, invoice approvers and Finance teams to resolve outstanding items.
  • Maintain accurate supplier master data in the ERP system.
  • Complete monthly GRNI reconciliations and support month-end activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Review and process employee expense claims in line with company policies.
  • Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Support standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of P2P processes across EMEA.
  • Follow internal controls and support the Morgan Code and ThinkSAFE principles.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable, P2P or a similar Finance role.
  • Good understanding of invoice processing and Accounts Payable processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • A methodical and organised approach, with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

Nice to Have

  • An additional European language, particularly French, German or Italian.
  • Experience with JDE, IFS or another global ERP system.
  • Experience working in an international or Shared Services environment.
  • Experience working with teams across different countries and cultures.

What You’ll Get

You’ll join an international Finance team with exposure to Accounts Payable and P2P processes across EMEA. The role is based in Katowice on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the office, combining local teamwork with regular collaboration across Europe.
