🏢 Modality: Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

✅ Key Requirements

🔹 Advanced English (C1 preferred)

🔹 Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience

🔹 High School Diploma required (Associate Degree in Accounting preferred)

🔹 Experience processing invoices and vendor payments

🔹 Strong Microsoft Excel skills

🔹 Experience with ERP systems

🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

🔹 Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping accuracy

🔹 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

📊 Main Responsibilities

🔹 Review and code invoices to the appropriate General Ledger accounts

🔹 Obtain required approvals and ensure proper documentation

🔹 Prepare and process weekly vendor payments

🔹 Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and account balances

🔹 Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

🔹 Maintain and update vendor records and supporting documentation

🔹 Reconcile Accounts Payable balances and resolve outstanding issues

🔹 Support accounting operations while ensuring compliance and accuracy
