Supervisor, Accounts Payable

Department: Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC)

Location: Alabang Muntinlupa

Note : Position is Fully Onsite till training after it will be remote 3 days office and 2 days remote.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery within the Finance Shared Services Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Accounts Payable team, including Team Leaders, Accountants, and Specialists.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment runs, employee expenses, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end activities.
• Monitor team KPIs, workload, resource allocation, and SLA performance.
• Resolve AP issues and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Master Data, and Business Units.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and AP procedures.
• Drive reduction of pending/unvalidated invoices and ensure timely resolution of payment and invoice issues.
• Support process improvements, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing performance and training requirements.
• Work closely with ERP/Finance teams, with Oracle experience highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accountancy, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of AP or General Accounting experience, including supervisory/team leadership experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services/FSSC or BPO environment.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, reconciliations, payments, accruals, and month-end closing.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel, analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Preferred: Oracle, MFGPro, SASFM, or Hyperion FM experience; CPA qualification is an advantage.
