Connext Global Solutions helps US companies build teams in the Philippines, Colombia and India. We’re hiring an AR Specialist to support a US medical group.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with US insurance payers on unpaid and denied claims, by phone and through payer portals.
• Work denials from start to finish: find the cause, fix it, appeal when needed.
• Write clear account notes so anyone can pick up where you left off.
• Hit daily targets for accounts worked and dollars collected.

What you need

• At least 1 year in US healthcare AR follow-up or medical billing.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT, from home.
• Stable internet and a quiet place to work, with a backup plan for power or internet outages.

Nice to have

• Appeals experience, payer portal experience (such as Availity), or a nursing or allied health degree.
