Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst – Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to support the acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:

* Review OM’s, rent rolls, financial statements, and property information.

* Prepare and update Excel underwriting models.

* Analyze NOI, cap rates, IRR, DSCR, and other investment metrics.

* Research market rents, sales comps, tenants, and property data.

* Identify discrepancies and key underwriting concerns.

* Maintain the deal pipeline and prepare concise deal summaries.

* Assist with due diligence and broker communication.

Requirements:

* Commercial real estate underwriting experience strongly preferred.

* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

* Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

* CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, or similar experience is a plus.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM SAST
