Ad Operations Manager (all genders)

About the role
As Ad Operations Manager, you will oversee and optimize our marketing technology stack and digital advertising infrastructure. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate tracking, reliable data collection, privacy compliance, and strong campaign performance across digital channels.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end ad operations, campaign trafficking, and performance monitoring across digital advertising channels.
• Build, implement, and maintain tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Lead server-side tracking implementations to improve data quality, privacy compliance, and website performance.
• Support marketing data infrastructure and data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot tracking setups and data flows to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align tracking strategies with business objectives and support data-driven decision-making.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Data, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Marketing Technology (MarTech), or Digital Analytics, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with web and media tagging.
• Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CMS tools.
• Fluent English, German language skills are a plus.
