Show job description

We’re looking for a senior management consultant/manager to join our business & operations design team in Düsseldorf and support our continued growth in Germany and beyond.

What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll lead and contribute to complex transformation projects, working closely with clients to design and implement solutions that improve how organisations operate and perform.

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing and implementing operating models and organisational structures

  • Leading organisational transformations and introducing new ways of working

  • Optimising business processes with a digital-first mindset

  • Establishing performance management frameworks and management systems

  • Exploring and realising the business value of emerging technologies, including AI

  • Supporting and leading post-merger integrations and carve-outs

  • Designing and facilitating workshops with senior client stakeholders

  • Leading project workstreams and managing project teams

  • Developing trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to create further impact

You’ll have the opportunity to shape your own areas of expertise while contributing to the continued growth and development of our practice.

What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, preferably in organisational transformation, operating models, operations, or related areas. On top of that, you:

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree or equivalent, e.g., in business, engineering, economics, or a related field

  • Have a track record of delivering complex transformation projects

  • Have experience managing project workstreams, stakeholders, and teams

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions

  • Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate effective client discussions and workshops

Beyond your project experience, we’re looking for someone who wants to contribute to something bigger than individual engagements – someone motivated to take ownership, develop colleagues, strengthen client relationships, and help shape our growing practice by bringing a structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to their work.

It’s also a prerequisite that you’re fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).

What we offer
At Implement, we combine high trust with high responsibility. We operate without unnecessary hierarchy and give you the freedom to shape your work, your development, and your impact.

You can expect:

  • Responsibility from day one and direct exposure to senior clients

  • A steep learning curve and continuous development, mentoring, and feedback

  • A collaborative, non-hierarchical culture with strong team spirit and knowledge sharing

  • Freedom and ownership over your role, your expertise, and your career

  • An international environment, working across industries, projects, and offices

  • The chance to build our consulting practice in Germany

If you’re ready to take the next step in your consulting career, lead complex transformations, and create impact together with clients and colleagues, we would love to hear from you.

Please apply with your CV, cover letter, and transcripts.

Make your next move matter.
