Role Description The Admin Socmed & Host Live Intern role is an internship position with remote working arrangements. This role involves supporting daily social media administration, including scheduling posts, updating content, monitoring engagement, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. The intern will assist in planning and hosting live sessions, preparing talking points, coordinating with guests or partners, and interacting with audiences during live events. Additional responsibilities may include responding to basic community inquiries, compiling simple performance reports, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to ensure smooth live and social media activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with online audiences and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Training and Sales skills to support live sessions, promote campaigns, and help guide audiences through offers or calls to action.
• Candidates should possess knowledge when relevant to brand partnerships or live content themes, and be able to present related information clearly and engagingly.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) and basic live streaming tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced digital environment are preferred.
• Interest in youth culture, trends, and online communities in Indonesia is highly valued.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study (such as Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related discipline) is an advantage.
