Social Media Manager

Pokepedia.id is a marketplace for Pokémon TCG collectors in Indonesia. We're looking for someone to build and lead our creator program from scratch.

This isn't a typical social media role. You'll own growth through short-form content and creators, and you'll be measured on real user growth, not views or likes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and manage a team of content creators

• Find, test, and scale content that brings new users to Pokepedia

• Track performance and make data-driven decisions every week

• Work directly with the founder on growth strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• You've personally created or managed at least 2 short-form videos with 100k+ views (please include links)

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Comfortable with numbers and tracking results

• Organized, fast, and a clear communicator

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience running a UGC, KOL, or affiliate program (e-commerce, apps or a TikTok Shop brand)

• Experience with TikTok Ads / Spark Ads / Meta Ads

• Pokémon TCG knowledge is a plus, or at least eager to learn the hobby properly.
