Administrative Assistan

Role Description This part-time remote Owner role for FK Apolonia (Official Page) is responsible for overseeing the club’s strategic direction, brand presence, and online community. The Owner will manage key decisions related to finances, partnerships, and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with the club’s long-term goals. Day-to-day tasks include supervising social media content, coordinating with coaches and staff, engaging with supporters online, and monitoring performance metrics for fan growth and engagement. The role also involves approving budgets, reviewing sponsorship opportunities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and league requirements. The Owner will collaborate with external partners, represent the club in virtual meetings, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leadership, management, or business ownership, ideally within sports, entertainment, or related fields.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making to guide club growth and sustainability.
• Ability to oversee digital presence, including social media management, online branding, and fan engagement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff, partners, and supporters in a remote environment.
• Comfort with using online collaboration tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on performance metrics.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
• Knowledge of football club operations or sports management is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience negotiating sponsorships, partnerships, or contracts is a plus.
