The role reports to the Executive Administrative Assistant.
This is a hybrid position. The employee works 3–5 days per week in the LCCA office at 1520 Old Trolley Rd, Suite 200, Summerville, SC 29485 and works from home on the remaining days. Candidates must live in South Carolina within commuting distance of the Summerville office.
The role includes occasional travel within South Carolina, which may involve overnight stays, to support state testing, graduation and school events.

Attendance Support
● Enter daily attendance in PowerSchool using only SCDE-standardized codes, including virtual attendance codes.
● Help reconcile online-classroom participation records with PowerSchool. File absence documentation and send attendance concerns to the appropriate staff.
