Administrative Team Assistant, Investment Management

We are seeking a sharp, proactive, and professional Administrative Team Assistant to join our team. This position will provide core administrative support to the Family Office team in New York, primarily coordinating external meetings for multiple team members and assisting with team-wide initiatives. Maintaining confidentiality, effectively multi-tasking, being detail-oriented, and having a strong work ethic are imperative to success. This role sits within Investment Management which strives to deliver exceptional investment portfolios by harnessing the differentiated capital and strategic strength of the ICONIQ community.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide administrative support to multiple team members, primarily 1 Senior Vice President and several Vice Presidents, in collaboration with the team’s Executive Assistants
• Coordinate external and client meetings across multiple calendars and time zones, managing scheduling requests and changes as needed
• Assist with coordinating internal meetings, team events, lunches, and investment education sessions
• Work collaboratively with the existing Executive Assistant team to provide additional administrative coverage as needed
• Provide additional administrative and team project support as needed

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 1+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting multiple individuals
• Able to work effectively and adapt quickly in an entrepreneurial, ever-changing environment
• Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and discretion and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook is required
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce a plus

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $43.27 to $45.67 an hour, overtime eligible; $90,000 - $95,000 annualized, based on a standard 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks.
