· Partner with operational teams, Portfolio Management, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs, resolve issues, and escalate risks when appropriate.

· Maintain accurate and current client documentation, including Transaction Security Forms, Authorized Signer Lists, and wire instructions, in accordance with the Corporate Funds Transfer and Transaction Origination Policy (FTTOP).

· Identify and implement practical solutions that improve the client experience, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency.

· Participate in, and lead when appropriate, projects and process-improvement initiatives.

· Promote adherence to documented procedures, process standards, and established risk controls.

· Support the training and development of junior team members and provide management with constructive feedback on their progress.

· Provide coverage for the Client Support Manager when needed, including issue coordination and escalation support.

· Develop strong technical knowledge of products, processes, and market practices relevant to institutional client servicing.

· Assist with quality-control reviews and help identify opportunities to improve accuracy and consistency.

· Follow established escalation protocols for operational issues, control concerns, and potentially suspicious transactions.

· Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

What We Value

· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.

· Minimum of five years of experience in financial services, preferably supporting institutional clients, investment management, trade operations, or a related function.

· Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a complex, global, and fast-paced hybrid work environment.

· Strong client-service orientation with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally by phone and in writing.

· Effective collaborator who can build productive relationships across teams and organizational levels.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive issues through resolution.

· High attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to risk management, procedural discipline, and quality.
