What's the role?

We are seeking an administrator to join our Investor Services team on a 6-month contract. This role is responsible for monitoring and reconciling data across AML and fund administration platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

What you’ll be doing

Operational

  • Review and monitor daily change logs from core AML platform (Fenergo), assessing the impact of changes on downstream data integrity
  • Reconcile records across Fenergo and NavOne to identify and investigate discrepancies
  • Cleanse and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established data governance standards
  • Execute data entry inputs into NavOne, the destination system for processed and validated data
  • Work collaboratively with Investor Services to investigate root causes of discrepancies and action remediation
  • Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation of all reconciliation activities and data changes
  • Provide timely escalation of critical data issues and participate in resolution discussions
  • Ensure compliance with data control procedures and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions

Business Management

  • Prioritising own workloads and projects ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Dealing with matters and queries in a timely manner
  • Responsible for participating in appropriate projects and initiatives
  • Attend and constructively contribute to meetings and other internal committees/meetings as required from time to time

The ideal background for this role:

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1-2 years’ relevant finance industry experience, within funds or data management role
  • Experience of working in a highly controlled, data-driven environment with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with multi-system data reconciliation and data quality assurance
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of data whilst maintaining accuracy and control
  • Experience with Fenergo, NavOne, or similar fund administration platforms (desirable)
  • Experience with data reconciliation tools and SQL/database querying (desirable)

Knowledge & skills

  • Data analysis and reconciliation skills with strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong -level of proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of data governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills; able to clearly document findings and escalations
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and a willingness to learn new systems and methodologies

Role Location/Hybrid Schedule

This role is based in our Jersey office. Although the nature of most of the roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken is dependent on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
