Admission Executive (evening & weekend)

We are hiring a Admission Executive to be the first conversation a prospective student has with RevoU. You will answer their chats about our programs and book the right people into a consultation with our Admission Counselors. Speed matters here and so does fit, because a good booking is one where the program suits the person.

AI is part of how we work, from finding the right answer fast to spotting which leads need a follow-up, and we expect you to use it to get faster and better every week.

On pace: our leads expect fast replies, and response time directly affects whether they book. You will handle a high volume of chats, learn many programs fast, and keep every lead record clean. If you prefer a slow inbox and a single product, this is not the right role for you.

You will focus on the hours when many of our working professional leads are free to chat: weekday evenings and weekends.

What you will own:

• Replying to incoming chats from prospective students within our response-time standards.

• Answering questions about our programs (curriculum, schedule, pricing, payment options and career outcomes) accurately and without overpromising.

• Qualifying leads and booking them into consultations with our Admission Counselors.

• Following up with leads who went quiet, until they book or clearly opt out.

• Keeping lead data and booking status accurate in our CRM, with clear notes on every chat.

• Flagging recurring objections and gaps in program info so the team can fix them.
  

📍 Please note: this is a fully remote role on a fixed evening and weekend schedule, when many of our leads are finally free to chat:

• Monday–Friday: 6 PM – 11 PM WIB

• Sunday: 9 AM to 7 PM WIB

✅ Requirements

Must-haves:

• You can commit to the schedule every week, with a stable connection and a quiet place to work.

• Some experience in telesales, sales-focused customer service, appointment setting or admissions, and you know your numbers, like average reply time and conversion rate.

• You write clearly and warmly (in Bahasa Indonesia). You build trust quickly and move a chat toward a booking without sounding pushy.

• You learn new products fast and get things done without waiting to be told.

• Start your application with the word BOOK so we know you read this far.

• AI is already part of how you work. You use it daily to find information and to build your own templates or trackers, and you know where it gets things wrong. “I’m excited about AI” is not enough.

• You care about the person on the other side of the chat and guide them to the program that fits them.

• High standards for your own records. Messy data bothers you, and you fix problems nobody asked you to fix.

Nice to have:

• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot.

• Experience selling courses or bootcamps.

• Handling WhatsApp-based sales or support at volume.

We care more about how you handle a conversation and how disciplined you are than about your years of experience. If you have done a similar role and are good at it, we want to talk.
