Role overview:

We are seeking an experienced Adoption & Change Management Consultant to help a customer embed Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents across its organisation. You will create the materials, learning experiences, and operational recommendations needed to support adoption while equipping “Agent Champions” and the “Agent Lab” to sustain effective use.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop adoption materials, operational guidance, and recommendations supporting the sustained use of AI agents.
• Train and enable the “Agent Champions” and the “Agent Lab.”
• Facilitate training sessions and office hours for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related tools.
• Support the development and rollout of persona-based scenarios and use cases.
• Execute communication and engagement plans.
• Track adoption metrics, gather user feedback, and turn insights into practical improvements.
• Coach change agents and champions across the customer organisation.
• Help foster the cultural changes needed for effective AI and Copilot adoption.
• Contribute to backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Demonstrate solutions clearly to stakeholders and user groups.
• Support risk management throughout the adoption journey.

Essential qualifications and experience:

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Adoption & Change Management or organisational change initiatives.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience supporting culture change related to AI, Copilot, or comparable digital transformation programmes.
• Ability to develop a high-level digital transformation roadmap.
• Experience driving target operating model adoption and building champion networks.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Experience with risk management and solution demonstrations.
• Knowledge of adoption frameworks, including the NPSD Framework.

Preferred qualification:

• PROSCI methodology certification is strongly preferred.
