We are looking for an Advanced AI Project Manager / Product Architect with extensive, high-level expertise in artificial intelligence product delivery, enterprise architecture, AI governance, and cross-functional digital transformation to join our team in supporting large-scale, multilingual public-sector and institutional AI initiatives.

The specialist will define and review enterprise, solution, data, and technology architectures for AI and digital products; translate complex business needs into functional requirements, AI use cases, and implementation roadmaps; ensure system interoperability; and coordinate governance bodies, PMO, architects, and technical delivery teams. Working within structured European management frameworks (PM² and Agile methodologies), the position requires deep familiarity with the EU human-centric AI approach, rigorous quality and risk assessment, change management, and stakeholder engagement to drive scalable adoption of responsible AI services.

📋 Requirements

Educational Level & Experience (one of the following combinations):

• EQF Level 7 (Master's degree or 5 years of higher education) + minimum 10 years of professional IT experience, OR
• EQF Level 6 (Bachelor's degree or 3 years of higher education) + minimum 12 years of professional IT experience.
  
  

Core Professional Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience successfully delivering AI projects, spanning from use case conceptualization through rollout, integration, testing, and validation.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, product management, and/or IT project management.
• Demonstrable track record in driving training, capacity building, or organizational adoption of digital and AI-enabled tools.
• Proven experience in AI use-case assessment, data readiness evaluation, target architecture definition, model selection, document-centric solutions, and solution scalability.
• Solid background in managing external providers and vendors: requirements definition, challenge of vendor claims, lock-in risk management, defining acceptance criteria, and overseeing service conditions.
• Proven track record working within complex public-sector, multilingual, or institutional environments.
  
  

Languages & Framework Certifications:

• Minimum CEFR B2 level in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in French and/or Spanish (B1/B2) is considered a strong asset.
  
  

Relevant product management or delivery certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Agile, GDPR) with practical application. Familiarity with architectural standards (UML, BPMN, Orbus Foundations) and PM² is highly advantageous.

🛠️ Technical & Functional Experience

• AI Architecture & Solution Design: Defining enterprise, solution, data, and technology architectures for AI ecosystems, ensuring end-to-end interoperability, metadata structuring, taxonomies, and common data models.
• AI Governance & Compliance: Enforcing AI quality, bias mitigation, robustness, ethics, auditability, and regulatory compliance aligned with the EU human-centric AI approach and AI Act principles.
• Project Management & Vendor Oversight: Coordinating governance bodies, managing PMO activities, bridging business needs with technical delivery, and supervising external vendor performance and risk mitigation.
• Data & Lifecycle Governance: Overseeing data readiness, data-source mapping, ownership models, approval paths, decision rights, and comprehensive solution lifecycle governance.
• Change Management & Adoption: Leading stakeholder engagement, designing user training and capacity-building programs, and driving business readiness and seamless adoption of new ways of working.
