We are looking for an Advanced Project Manager with 10 years of IT professional experience.

📍 Location: Remote.

🌍 Environment: European Institutions and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

Managing project implementations to meet business needs.
Development of project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks).
Team leadership.
Acting as a liaison with the Business Manager and other stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

EQF Level 7 qualification (Master’s degree or equivalent), or (5 years of higher education).
Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Experience in project management using recognized methodologies such as PM2, PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile frameworks.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with PM2.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with SPARQL
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Gitlab
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Linked data
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with in the public procurement domain
Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Generative AI
Minimum 1 year of professional experience with UML.
