Advertising Sales Account Manager

Role Description The Director at Edi Tuition is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with flexibility for some work from home. The Director will oversee overall operations, including strategic planning, program development, and performance management across tutoring and educational services. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, managing budgets and resource allocation, monitoring academic quality, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. The Director will also build and maintain relationships with parents, partners, and stakeholders, drive enrollment and growth initiatives, and use data to evaluate program effectiveness. This role requires active participation in both on-site activities and remote coordination to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities, including team supervision, performance oversight, and strategic decision-making.
• Proven experience in education management, tutoring services, or a related academic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners, families, staff, and external partners.
• Solid organizational and planning skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to analyze data and outcomes to improve programs, set goals, and track progress.
• Competence with digital tools and platforms for remote work, reporting, and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to learner-centered education, equity, and inclusive practices.
• Experience working in Nairobi County or similar educational contexts is beneficial.
