Run outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, networking events, conferences, and referrals. Present customized advertising and sponsorship solutions and deliver compelling proposals. Negotiate agreements and close advertising and sponsorship deals. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. Partner with marketing, editorial, and executive leadership to shape new revenue products and programs. What We’re Looking For Required Minimum of three (3) years of advertising sales experience. A proven track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfort with cold outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn, plus solid pipeline management. Preferred Experience in media, sponsorship, digital marketing, or B2B sales. Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales. Experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
