Job Title: AEP & RTCDP Implementation Specialist Location: Remote Rate -Open Experience: 2–3+ years in AEP/RTCDP | 5+ years in digital data platforms Job Summary: We’re looking for a hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Real-Time CDP Specialist with end-to-end implementation experience—from data ingestion using connectors, SDKs, and APIs to XDM schema creation, profile unification, audience segmentation , and activation . Key Responsibilities: Ingest data via AEP connectors, SDKs, and custom APIs Define and map data to XDM schemas Configure and manage Unified Profiles & identity stitching Build audience segments and activate to destinations Analyze and refine segments using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Share best practices and guide cross-functional teams Requirements: 2–3+ years hands-on AEP/RTCDP experience Strong with XDM, SDKs, audience building, identity resolution Experience using CJA for measurement & optimization Adobe certifications a plus
