Cold Email & Deliverability Expert

Remote | Full-Time / Contract

We’re looking for a Cold Email & Deliverability Expert to manage and optimize high-volume outbound email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and scale cold email infrastructure and campaigns.
• Maintain excellent inbox placement and sender reputation.
• Set up and manage domains, DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• Handle domain/IP warming, bounce reduction and spam-placement issues.
• Optimize email deliverability, open/reply rates and campaign performance.
• Monitor Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and other mailbox providers.
• Manage email lists, verification, suppression and reputation.
• Troubleshoot blacklisting, throttling and deliverability issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience running cold email campaigns at scale.
• Deep understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo or similar.
• Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS and domain warming.
• Data-driven and highly analytical.
