Role Description The Affiliate Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for growing and managing TradingCult’s affiliate network. This role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliates, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring affiliates have the tools and information needed to promote TradingCult’s funding and education offerings. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and providing regular updates and support to affiliates. The Affiliate Manager will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals, track key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of the affiliate program.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Affiliate Management skills, including recruiting, onboarding, and supporting affiliates.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, resolve issues, and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with affiliates and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive conversions, negotiate terms, and identify growth opportunities within the affiliate network.
• Candidates should possess Online Marketing skills to plan and optimize digital campaigns and affiliate promotions.
• Experience in performance marketing or partner programs within trading, finance, or related industries is beneficial.
• Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency with tracking tools, dashboards, and basic data analysis, are preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment; prior remote work experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
