Affiliate Manager / Partnership Manager

Role Overview:

Lebull.pl is expanding its presence in the iGaming industry and is looking for a motivated professional to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who understands the affiliate ecosystem, knows how to build strong, valuable relationships, and can turn partnerships into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners;
• Identify and onboard new affiliates and strategic partners;
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements;
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns;
• Analyse traffic quality, acquisition costs, and conversion rates;
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and other teams to maximise results;
• Identify new partnership opportunities and growth channels.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development;
• Understanding of the iGaming, sports betting, or online casino industry;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Analytical mindset and a results-driven approach;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships;
• Be fluent in Polish and have a good command of English.

• A 30-minute interview with a Recruiter to get to know you and your experience;
• A final 2-hour interview with 4 team members to gauge your fit with company culture and working style.
