Role Description The Affiliate Marketer will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliate partners who can promote Cypherfix’s services and offerings across its core divisions. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential affiliates, onboarding new partners, setting up tracking links, and monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools. The role involves creating and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies, coordinating promotional materials with internal teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all partner channels. The Affiliate Marketer will regularly analyze data to improve conversion rates, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven adjustments to campaigns. This is a full-time remote role, requiring close collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams through digital communication tools.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership management, with strong skills in tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing) and experience using affiliate networks or marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills to recruit, onboard, and support affiliate partners effectively.
• Ability to work with data sets, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Comfort working remotely, with excellent time management, self-organization, and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
• Understanding of technology, branding, and/or supply chain and logistics sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in international or multi-sector businesses and familiarity with compliance and ethical marketing practices are beneficial.
