Role Description The Affiliate Marketer is a full-time remote role responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and sales through strategic affiliate partnerships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners, managing existing affiliate relationships, and negotiating rates and promotions. The role involves creating and optimizing affiliate campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on conversions, revenue, and ROI. The Affiliate Marketer will collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling promotional materials, ensure brand consistency, and test new offers, landing pages, and funnels. This role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and compliance with affiliate program guidelines and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in affiliate program management, partner outreach, and relationship building with publishers, influencers, and content creators.
• Candidates should possess skills in performance analysis, use of tracking tools or analytics platforms, A/B testing, and data-driven campaign optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing fundamentals, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and basic SEO for driving and converting traffic.
• Candidates should possess skills in copywriting for offers and landing pages, creating persuasive promotional content, and ensuring clear, accurate messaging.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Relevant experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within digital media, gaming, or entertainment sectors.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and affiliate network platforms; familiarity with tracking links and attribution models is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not required.
