Head of Affiliate Marketing Remote (within South Africa) Full-time US working hours (3pm-11pm/4pm-12am SAST) Independent Contractor About the Role We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead and grow our affiliate partnerships strategy. This is a sales and marketing-focused role centered around building relationships with creators, influencers, and partners who can promote the company and generate qualified leads and sales through referral partnerships. The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, and experienced in affiliate or partnership marketing, with a strong understanding of creator outreach and performance-based marketing models. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the company's affiliate marketing program Identify, recruit, and manage creators and affiliates across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs, and online communities Develop strong relationships with creators and negotiate partnership opportunities Manage referral and commission structures for affiliate partners Track affiliate performance, conversions, and ROI Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance Utilize affiliate and B2B partnership tools to scale outreach and reporting Continuously source and test new partnership opportunities to drive growth Requirements Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with creators and online influencers Understanding of referral-based and performance marketing models Familiarity with affiliate platforms and B2B affiliate tools Organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales and marketing is highly preferred
