About the Internship

As an Affiliate Marketing Intern, you'll do realistic affiliate-marketing work inspired by real companies: building mock partner recruitment plans, drafting mock affiliate offers, planning mock commission structures, and measuring mock partner performance.

You'll learn how affiliate teams drive scalable revenue — partner sourcing, offer design, tracking and attribution, and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

* Plan mock affiliate launch campaigns with recruitment timelines and milestones.

* Draft mock partner newsletters with offers, incentives, and product updates.

* Build mock affiliate performance dashboards — clicks, conversions, and revenue per partner.

* Plan mock partner tier upgrades, bonuses, and incentive competitions.

* Draft mock fraud-prevention checks — suspicious traffic, coupon abuse, brand-bidding.

* Draft mock partner performance reviews with growth recommendations.

* Build mock affiliate program landing pages and FAQ content.

* Plan mock co-marketing activities with top-tier partners.

* Draft mock quarterly affiliate program reports with ROI analysis.

Requirements

* Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

* Analytical mindset with comfort reading performance metrics.

* Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage many partners and offers accurately.

* Creative mindset for designing partner incentives and campaigns.

* Reliable with deadlines and quick to adapt when plans change.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.

* Previous professional affiliate-marketing experience is not required.
