The Operations House is looking for ambitious Affiliate Marketers / Referral Partners to help us connect with founders, CEOs, executives and growing businesses that need better operational structure.

This is a performance based opportunity with commission paid on successful client referrals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Identify businesses that could benefit from our services

- Introduce qualified founders, CEOs and decision makers to The Operations House

- Share information about our services when appropriate

- Generate referrals through your network, social media, communities or direct outreach

- Maintain simple follow-ups with referred prospects

- Track your referrals and communicate with our team

You will be referring businesses to services including:

- Operations Consulting

- Operations Audits

- Team & People Operations

- SOP & Process Development

- Workflow & Systems Setup

- Project Management

- Executive Operations

- CRM & Sales Operations

- Social Media & Growth Operations

- Ongoing Operations Support

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a good fit if you:

- Have a strong professional or business network

- Know founders, CEOs, coaches, consultants or business owners

- Are comfortable starting professional conversations

- Have experience in sales, marketing, networking or business development

- Can identify genuine business needs rather than sending random leads

- Communicate clearly and professionally

- Are self motivated and results oriented

You do not need to be an operations expert. We provide the information you need to understand and introduce our services.

COMPENSATION

10% Commission

You earn commission on qualified referrals that become paying clients.

Commission terms will be clearly agreed before you begin.

No upfront fees. No paid training. No recruitment fees.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

Remote | Flexible | Performance based

This is an independent referral/partner opportunity, not a salaried employment position.
