Agency Manager

Role Description: This is a part-time remote role for an Agency Manager at Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the agency network, recruiting and training agents, and driving sales performance. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, setting targets, and implementing strategies to meet business objectives. Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to drive business development and achieve sales targets Knowledge of insurance and financial products Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
