Agent - Quality-Back-Up (Green)

The mission we are proposing:

The Quality Agent Back-up is a production worker who primarily operates on the production lines. When a need arises (e.g., absence, workload increase, special project), this person is pulled by the Quality department to temporarily support quality activities by taking on the responsibilities of a Quality Agent. This hybrid role enhances operational flexibility while ensuring quality standards are maintained.

An overview of your new position

• Inspect filled and packaged products on production lines as well as pallets (AQL) to ensure compliance with specifications and established procedures.

• Document observed deviations and participate in investigations and NCN forms to enable quick and effective resolution of production issues.

• Monitor production practices continuously and correct deviations related to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) on the spot to maintain compliance.

• Verify the application of SOPs, GMPs, and cleaning standards on the production floor and report any non-conformities to ensure requirements are met at all times.

• Support production teams with quality practices in their daily activities to ensure adherence to standards.

• Observe the application of GMPs, cleaning and purge requirements, and production documentation to guarantee process and record compliance.

You are the ideal candidate if you have

• High school diploma or equivalent experience;
• Strong knowledge of production documentation and proficiency with the AS/400 system;
• Good understanding of production processes to effectively intervene across all lines;
• Bilingual (French and English) to review production documents and communicate clearly with colleagues on the production floor.
