You’ll help shape the future of AI at Danske Commodities by identifying and transforming the business processes where AI can create the greatest impact.

Here’s what the job entails

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business opportunities and AI-enabled transformation. You will identify, prioritise and redesign high-impact business processes and value chains, and help our leaders understand where AI can create measurable value and how to realise it. Thus, driving business adoption and ensuring AI initiatives deliver sustainable outcomes.

More specifically, your responsibilities include:

• leading analysis and redesign of business processes and value chains to identify opportunities for AI-enabled transformation and automation

• working closely with business leaders to develop business cases, define success criteria, and measure value delivered through AI initiatives

• facilitating workshops, value stream mapping, and process analysis activities across business and technology domains

• together with the AI enablement team, challenging existing workflow processes and identifying opportunities to innovate, simplify, improve, scale, or discontinue activities through AI-enabled ways of working

• supporting implementation and embedding of AI solutions, ensuring adoption, behavioral change, and documented business outcomes

Meet your team

You will join our newly established AI Enablement team, where we drive AI adoption and AI-enabled transformation across Danske Commodities and build the skills, communities, and ways of working that enable this. We work closely with leaders and business experts to redesign critical business processes and turn AI opportunities into measurable business value.

We are a team of senior specialists with various backgrounds, and we have shared passion for transformation, AI and business value creation. We are social, curious and innovative and enjoy challenging existing ways of working and exploring new opportunities together.

As you will be turning AI opportunities into real business outcomes, we imagine that you enjoy taking a holistic and analytical approach to your work, while looking for innovative ways to create value. When engaging with stakeholders at different levels to challenge existing ways of working and drive change, we also expect you bring curiosity and a positive mindset while being collaborative and pragmatic.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• hold a relevant educational background within business administration, innovation or similar

• have experience within business automation and transformation

• possess solid process analysis, modelling, and value stream mapping skills

• understand AI technologies and their business application

• have experience in engaging with experts and senior stakeholders across the organisation

Please note that prior knowledge of the energy sector is not required for this role.
