¥5,000,000 – ¥25,000,000 (Bonus paid twice a year)

◆◆◆ Key Responsibilities ◆◆◆

As an AI Agent Engineer, you will drive the radical expansion of AI utilization across business operations.

▼ Main Tasks

• Envision and lead PoC development for optimal AI agents in collaboration with business and technology consultants

• Execute agile development of AI agents based on initial concepts

• Continuously and flexibly iterate on AI agents in response to changing client business environments

■ Mandatory Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering / development experience *No prior practical experience with AI agents is required.

AIエージェントエンジニアとして、業務の中でのAI活用を劇的に拡大させる役割を担っていただきます。

▼ 主な業務内容

・業務/テクノロジーコンサルタントと共に、適切なAIエージェントの在り方を構想・PoC開発

・構想に基づいたAIエージェントのアジャイル開発

・顧客のビジネス環境の変化に伴う、AIエージェントへの柔軟かつ継続的な改善

■必須スキル

・エンジニアとしての開発経験（2年以上）

※AIエージェントの実務経験は不問です。
