As our new AI Agent Solution Architect you will lead the technical architecture, governance, and delivery approach for enterprise AI agent solutions within our Agent Factory practice. You will guide customers through platform decisions, security and data protection design, evaluation strategies, and complex AI implementations using Microsoft technologies. Working closely with strategy, security, and adoption teams, you will ensure Responsible AI principles are embedded from the start.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform selection for enterprise AI use cases, choosing the most appropriate solution across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform, automation, or search

• Lead discovery workshops to identify, challenge, and prioritize valuable AI and automation opportunities

• Define architecture, security, identity, data protection, integration, environment, and cost models for enterprise agent solutions

• Design evaluation frameworks, threat modelling approaches, and governance guardrails for AI deployments

• Oversee deployment strategies across development, test, and production environments while supporting change control and delivery governance

• Mentor engineers and contribute reusable architectures, patterns, playbooks, and delivery assets

What we need to see from you

• Solid experience designing solution architectures on the Microsoft technology stack with production AI, conversational AI, or agent-based solutions
• Expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Power Platform solution design
• Practical application of Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework principles within customer engagements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, least-privilege design, and Zero Trust security practices
• Experience with integration architecture, REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure-based AI workloads, and cost management and critically reviewing Python or C# code
• Ability to lead customer workshops, produce architecture deliverables, and guide scope, estimation, and governance discussions
