Job Summary: Quantum Strides is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy AI-Driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor who excels in social media marketing and understands website technologies and system administration. The ideal candidate will utilize AI-powered design and video editing tools to create engaging content while managing web and IT-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney) for creative content generation. Edit and enhance videos using AI-assisted video editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut). Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos. Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Use AI-driven tools for content scheduling, trend analysis, and performance tracking. Monitor industry trends and implement innovative social media strategies. Website Coordination & System Administration: Collaborate with the web development team or external agencies to ensure website updates and design consistency. Have a basic understanding of website technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, SEO, hosting, and security). Assist in troubleshooting minor website issues and liaise with the web team for complex problems. Support basic system administration tasks, including software installations, backups, and troubleshooting technical issues. Requirements: Bachelors degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing. Knowledge of AI-based creative tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and DALL·E. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Basic understanding of website technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, SEO). Strong problem-solving skills for basic IT/system administration tasks.
