AI Automation Specialist

Global Hola, a U.S.-based outsourcing company, is seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer based in the Philippines to develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered automation solutions.

This role focuses on building intelligent workflows, integrating AI models with business applications, and developing scalable automation solutions for internal operations and client services.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with n8n, API integrations, large language models (LLMs), and AI agents, with the ability to independently turn business requirements into functional, reliable automation systems.

Work schedule

• Remote, Philippines-based independent contractor

• Part-time or full-time, depending on project requirements

• Flexible working hours with availability for meetings aligned with U.S. Central Time (CT)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and business process automations using n8n and related platforms.

• Develop and configure AI agents for lead generation, customer engagement, appointment scheduling, and business operations.

• Integrate LLMs and AI services with CRMs, accounting systems, communication platforms, and other business applications.

• Implement AI voice assistants, automated follow-up systems, and conversational workflows using platforms such as Retell AI and GoHighLevel.

• Develop document-processing automations, including SOP generation, call analysis, and business reporting.

• Configure APIs, webhooks, data transformations, and workflow triggers to ensure reliable system integrations.

• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows for accuracy, efficiency, security, and scalability.

• Document technical workflows, maintain implementation guides, and provide operational support to internal teams.

• Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into practical AI automation solutions.

• Monitor deployed automations, resolve technical issues, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience developing AI voice agents using Retell AI, Vapi, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Twilio, and other third-party business integrations.

• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI knowledge bases.

• Understanding of data privacy, API security, access controls, and responsible AI implementation.

• Experience deploying automation solutions for BPO, professional services, or small and medium-sized businesses.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
