AI Automations Specialist (Systems & Agents Focus)

As an AI Automations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven workflows and agents that streamline business operations. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify opportunities for automation, leverage advanced AI tools, and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. Key responsibilities include: Build and deploy AI agents and systemized workflows to reduce manual work across business functions Identify patterns, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities within client teams Leverage advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude, Perplexity) for research, execution, and automation Continuously test, adopt, and integrate emerging AI technologies into business processes Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable automation solutions Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration Translate AI capabilities into clear, practical business applications for stakeholders Design and implement AI-driven workflows across diverse use cases Test, refine, and optimize AI tools for performance and usability Stay current with emerging AI tools, trends, and capabilities Communicate AI strategies and recommendations to stakeholders Manage multiple workflows and business contexts simultaneously Document processes, integrations, and outcomes for repeatability Continuously improve systems based on feedback and evolving tools Required Qualifications: Completed degree in any field 3+ years of experience building AI automations, agents, or systems workflows Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity Experience building tool-using AI agents that call tools, APIs, or apps Experience building multi-agent systems Proficiency with at least one common automation platform (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) Ability to write scripts or code for automations (Python or JavaScript) Professional English proficiency (spoken and written) Experience collaborating cross-functionally to implement automation solutions Currently located in the Philippines Legally authorized to work from the Philippines Preferred Qualifications: Experience documenting automations and processes for repeatability and maintainability Competitive pay above market rates Permanent work-from-home opportunities Paid Holidays and PTO Part-time or Full-time positions tailored to your availability Performance, Tenure, and Health & Wellness bonuses Opportunities for professional development within the Assistantly community Be part of a vibrant and supportive community of Unicorns
