AI Builder / AI-Native Engineer (Claude Code, n8n, Automation)

BuilderBot Pro (by Techfektor Media Group) is the AI growth platform for home-improvement contractors. 560+ pool builders, hardscapers and remodelers in the US and Canada run on it. Our entire internal operation (team dashboards, client dashboards, an ops board, an AI support assistant, ticketing, billing pages, ad-launch pipelines, finance reporting) was built with Claude and AI agents.

We're hiring a full-time AI Builder to take that over and go further: build self-healing AI agents that run our operation, catch their own failures and fix them, so our team does less manual work every week.

What you'll do

• Automate the manual work. Find every task someone on our team still does by hand (reports, follow-ups, checks, data entry, account setup) and replace it with an AI agent or automation.
• Make it self-healing. Your agents watch their own runs, detect when something breaks (a failed webhook, a wrong number, an expired token, a missing field), fix it automatically when they can, and escalate with a clear note when they can't.
• Turn a one-line request into a live system: scope it, build it with AI, test it, ship it, and show the team how to use it.
• Build and run n8n workflows, Vercel serverless APIs (Node.js), internal dashboards, scheduled jobs and AI assistants.
• Wire the platforms together: GoHighLevel, Meta Marketing API, Stripe, Google Sheets, Freshdesk, Slack, Twilio.
• Own production. When a number looks wrong or a webhook stops firing, you find out why before anyone asks.

You're a fit if

• You build with Claude Code (or a similar AI agent) every day, and you check the AI's work instead of trusting it.
• You've shipped real systems that real people use, not just demos.
• You're strong in JavaScript / Node.js and comfortable with REST APIs and webhooks.
• You hate doing the same thing twice.
• Your spoken and written English is strong. You'll work directly with the founder and the team every day.

Not a fit if you need a detailed spec for every task, or you say "it works on my machine" and move on.

Details

• Full-time, fully remote
• Monday to Friday, at least 5 hours overlapping 9 AM – 6 PM US Eastern
• Pay: USD $2,500 – $3,000 per month, based on what you've shipped and how fast you ship here
• You're measured on manual hours removed from the team and how often things fix themselves before a human notices
