AI & Copilot Partner Enablement Specialist

Build practical partner capability and help MSPs progress their first AI and Copilot opportunities.

The opportunity

Sherweb is looking for a hands-on AI and Copilot specialist to help MSP partners adopt Microsoft technology in their own businesses and confidently take it to customers. Working as part of the regional AI partner program and Centre of Excellence, you will deliver practical enablement, readiness support, demonstrations and early customer engagement across the UK and Ireland.

What you will do

• Develop and engage partners to grow the overall AI number across our partner base.

• Deliver role-based training, workshops, demonstrations and practical how-to sessions covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and standard agent scenarios.

• Run partner readiness and Customer Zero assessments and turn the findings into practical adoption plans.

• Guide partners through standard Copilot deployment, governance, security, responsible usage and adoption activities.

• Support early customer discovery sessions, technical presentations, pilot planning and adoption conversations.

• Help partners recognise repeatable AI use cases and lead future customer engagements independently.

• Create and maintain reusable workshop decks, demo scripts, checklists, playbooks, FAQs and discovery templates.

• Contribute technical scope to partner assessments, adoption services, managed services and agent-based offers.

• Record learning and adoption evidence and identify opportunities requiring advanced Sherweb specialists.

What we are looking for

• Experience in technical enablement, solution consulting, adoption, technical pre-sales or partner training within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Hands-on understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365, with exposure to Copilot Studio, agents and relevant Microsoft AI concepts.

• Confidence presenting to mixed technical and non-technical audiences in person and online.

• A working understanding of identity, permissions, security, governance and data readiness for Copilot.

• Ability to translate product features into relevant business use cases and clear engagement steps.

• Strong content-creation, organisation and follow-through skills.

• An understanding of the MSP model and an interest in repeatable services and customer value.

• Expected to achieve the Microsoft Frontier Transformation Engineer badge within the first six months in the role, or sooner.

Growth in our overall AI revenues in line with business targets. Partners complete clear readiness and adoption plans, improve their Microsoft AI capability, progress pilots and customer opportunities, and increasingly lead engagements without relying on Sherweb for every step.
