AI Educator Content Designer – Courses for Kids (Remote)

We’re building a next-generation learning platform to teach Conversational AI and digital literacy to children aged 10–15 across Europe. Our mission is to help young learners understand, play with, and build with AI—starting with fun, creative, and responsible courses on how chatbots work, how to prompt AI, and how to think like tomorrow’s tech creators.

We’re lean, fast-moving, and passionate about education, innovation, and impact. Now, we’re hiring our first full-time Content Designer to help lay the foundation of our curriculum.

🎯 Your Mission

As our AI Education Content Designer, you’ll take the lead in creating the first generation of learning experiences for kids on Conversational AI. From planning the course structure to writing interactive lessons, your work will shape how children explore and engage with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google’s Teachable Machine.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design the structure and flow of short, modular online courses (e.g. units, lessons, outcomes).

• Write lesson scripts, story-based content, interactive slides, and student activities (quizzes, creative prompts, build-your-own-bot challenges).

• Translate complex AI concepts into fun, age-appropriate explanations using storytelling, metaphors, and visuals.

• Develop content designed for asynchronous, online delivery—videos, slides, and interactive tools.

• Collaborate with the Founder and creative freelancers (video editors, illustrators, developers) to bring lessons to life.

• Explore and integrate cutting-edge tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Teachable Machine into your learning designs.

• Pilot test content with real learners and continuously improve based on feedback.

• Have experience designing or delivering educational content for kids aged 10–15.

• Are fluent in English and a clear, engaging writer who can simplify complex ideas without dumbing them down.

• Are passionate about tech, AI, and empowering kids to become creators—not just consumers.

• Are curious and comfortable experimenting with AI tools and digital platforms.

• Thrive in a startup environment: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.

• (Bonus) Have experience creating video-based or slide-based educational content.
