At Remote Crew, we’re partnering with an innovative digital consultancy focused on building AI-powered solutions that drive digital transformation and sustainability. They’re looking for an AI Developer to design and develop intelligent applications, working with cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), knowledge graphs, vector databases, and cloud-native platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful AI projects while collaborating with experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: €50k-62k /year (permanent and direct contract)

Location: 100% Remote in Portugal

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop AI-powered business applications using modern Python technologies
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and model integration
• Develop REST or GraphQL APIs to enable seamless data integration across systems
• Implement AI solutions using LLM frameworks, vector databases, and knowledge graphs
• Deploy and manage cloud-based applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and software quality improvements
• Work closely with senior engineers to design scalable and reliable AI solutions
• Continuously explore new AI technologies and contribute to innovative product development

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience with Python development
• Strong experience building REST or GraphQL APIs
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI application development
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Experience working with vector databases and knowledge graph technologies
• Strong background in data engineering, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience deploying applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience designing advanced document retrieval and RAG-based solutions
• Familiarity with production AI systems and cloud-native architectures
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning
