AI Engineer (Remote Japan)

Position Overview

Project Overview:

Development and operation of a proprietary GenAI platform providing AI-powered chatbot and business support solutions. The platform is expanding with new plans and features, requiring an AI Engineer to support the next development phase and ongoing service operation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop GenAI features, including chatbot and AI-based functions, before new-phase releases.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI services and customer-specific environments.
• Build and configure new single-tenant environments for each customer deployment.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve production services.
• Remote fulltime in Japan
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience with GenAI/LLM applications, preferably chatbot or AI platform development.
• Strong Cloud experience; Docker/Container experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with development, deployment, and production maintenance of cloud-based services.
• Ability to work across AI application and infrastructure components.
• Japanese communication skills are required.
