In this role you join a new AI initiative with the US organization of a global science & technology leader: the first production agent projects there, which set the pattern for how AI gets built across the business. You work alongside two Databridge engineers already on the account. This is your starting point with us, not the whole picture: Databridge runs data and AI work for several clients, and the people we trust move across them.

YOUR PRIMARY FOCUS: AGENTIC AI

• Build and run production AI agents. From the governed data platform to the agent you own prompts, tools, APIs and agent design
• Two concrete first use cases: automating quotations from incoming customer requests, and preparing sales teams for negotiations with cited briefs, scenario simulations and roleplay
• Work inside an existing framework, LangChain today, MCP supported, model-agnostic across Anthropic, OpenAI and others, and shape it: maintainable, shareable components rather than one-off builds
• Evaluate what your agents produce: factual accuracy, citations, guardrails, and cost per model once a solution is rolled out
• Act as technical lead on your project: propose how the work should run, drive requirements engineering with the business, set the meeting cadence

YOUR SECOND FOCUS: DATA ENGINEERING

• Integrate the sources your agents need, CRM, market data and internal documents, through the client's central data platform Palantir Foundry and standard AWS
• Design the API layer between the data and the agent. Data engineers bring sources into the platform, you take it from there
• Tooling: Python, Git and Docker as daily tools, AWS as the default environment

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years building and deploying AI/ML applications, 10+ for the Sr. title
• Production experience with LLM APIs, RAG and an agent framework such as LangChain or LangGraph, and with evaluating AI output beyond "it looks right"
• You have connected an agent or model to a real business system: CRM, ERP or an internal API
• Enough data engineering to work end-to-end: pipelines, data quality, API design
• Fluent English, spoken and written. Native level not required
• 4 to 6 hours of live overlap with US West Coast working hours

Palantir Foundry, a real advantage on this account. Cited answer generation, CRM-based agents, negotiation or scenario simulation, roleplay applications, AI guardrails, enterprise agent platforms such as Langdock.
