Loubby AI is building a global network of AI Forward Deployed Engineers who work directly with businesses to turn AI opportunities into production-ready systems.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, AI, automation, product thinking and business strategy. You will learn how a business operates, identify high-value opportunities for AI, design the right solution, deploy it and continuously improve it.

Projects may include automating operational workflows, building RAG-powered knowledge systems, developing AI sales research workflows, deploying intelligent customer support systems or creating custom internal applications.

• Conduct AI discovery sessions with founders, executives and operational teams
• Analyze business processes and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
• Prioritize opportunities based on business impact, feasibility and risk
• Design and build agentic AI systems, workflow automations and internal tools
• Integrate AI with APIs, databases, CRMs and enterprise applications
• Build with platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n and Make
• Implement human-in-the-loop workflows where judgment or approval is required
• Test, deploy, monitor and continuously improve production systems
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java or another modern programming language
• Experience working with APIs, databases and integrations
• Strong software engineering and problem-solving fundamentals
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Comfort working directly with customers and business leaders
• The ability to work independently without perfectly defined requirements
• Strong ownership, curiosity and a genuine interest in AI

Experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, vector databases, AI agents, workflow automation platforms, cloud infrastructure or enterprise integrations is valuable but not essential.
